Year 4 are beginning the audition process for this year's Lower Key Stage 2 play. It is going to be fantastic.
"Go For Goal" tells the true story of the Football World Cup, as related to Oscar, a young, rising Brazilian football star by his father, Lucas and his grandfather, Leonardo.
"Go For Goal" is dynamic, very funny and historically accurate - yes, England really did win the first two Football "World Cups"!
This half term we are rehearsing for our school play. The auditions have taken place and parts have been allocated. This should be brilliant.
From Monday 9th January we will be going swimming at Darwen Leisure Centre.
This will happen EVERY MONDAY.
Girls will need to wear swimming hats and one piece swimming costumes. Boys are encouraged to wear a swimming hat. Boys should wear trunks or swimming shorts. Shimming shorts must be above the knee and have a inner lining.
Everyone must bring a towel and a waterproof bag for putting their wet things in.
If a child uses an inhaler, it must be taken with them to the leisure centre.
All ear studs have to be removed for swimming.
