Things to remember

PE

Our PE days, this term, will be Monday and Thursday. If you wear earrings please make sure you take them out for PE days.

Homework

Each half term you will be given a homework grid with different homework tasks to complete. You will also have spellings to practise at home. These will be sent home in a spellings folder which you need to bring in each Monday. Your spelling test will take place on a Monday morning. Please make sure you bring your homework book back to school on a Friday, each week, so that your homework can be marked.

Reading

In year 4, we expect children to read each day. Please bring your reading book bag to school every day. If you have finished a book and it is not a change day then please read your own books and make a note in your reading diary of the extra reading you are doing. Please make sure you ask an adult to sign your reading diary to let us know when and what you have read – diaries that are not signed will mean your book will not be changed.

Library

We will change library books on Mondays.
